Growth and Premium subscriptions from Intek Solutions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service isn't right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we'll return what you paid.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by our reseller Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or send us a note through the feedback option inside the app and we'll take care of it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewals
If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we'll do the right thing.
