Who we are

Intek Solutions provides Grow Thyself AI Coach and is the data controller for the personal data described here. That means we decide how and why your data is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email, login credentials or Google sign-in identifier) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Your content (coaching conversations, journal entries, goals, coaching notes the AI keeps about your themes) — to provide the Service and personalise your coaching. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Support and feedback messages — to answer you and improve the product. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Usage and technical data (feature usage, AI request timing and volume, error logs, device and browser information, IP address) — for security, fraud prevention, reliability and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Subscription status (plan, renewal dates, payment state) — to give you what you paid for. Legal basis: contract. Card details are never collected or stored by us.

Who we share it with

• Hosting and database providers that run the app on our behalf.
• AI model providers that generate coaching responses. Your messages and the relevant context are sent to them to produce a reply.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, subscription management, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your reflections for advertising.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep records (for example transaction records for tax purposes). Technical logs are kept for a short retention window and then removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or port it elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Contact us through the feedback option in the app and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and database rules that make sure only you can read your own reflections, goals and conversations.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4) and anonymised session replay (Microsoft Clarity) load only if you accept them, and never for advertising. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time below, or clear cookies in your browser — you will then need to sign in again.
